Sometimes the first step can be overwhelming, but is often the one that matters the most. While our group sessions can provide a wonderful foundation for beginners, it's understood that sometimes we need a more personal guide down this path.
Private instruction is a great way to deepen your practice and get guidance that is adapted to your personal experiences and goals. Together we can assess your specific needs and lifestyle to establish a practice that fosters consistency, understanding, and growth, at a pace that is comfortable and well-suited to your life and your schedule. The aim is to meet you where you are and go forward from there.

Hello and welcome,
Meditation can bring with it a lot of questions and uncertainties, (many of which can be found in the FAQ section of our website), especially when someone is new to the practice. We offer this information session to help alleviate some of those concerns.
In your one-on-one session, we will discuss, among other things, what meditation is (and isn't), how it's done, what we are trying to accomplish, what you'd like to achieve with your practice, and what expectations we should and shouldn't bring to meditation.
Whether you decide to join our free Zoom classes or schedule private lessons, this is also a great opportunity for you and I to get a little more acquainted, for me to understand what brings you to meditation, and for you to ask questions and meet your teacher.
