Hello and welcome,
Meditation can bring with it a lot of questions and uncertainties, (many of which can be found in the FAQ section of our website), especially when someone is new to the practice. We offer this information session to help alleviate some of those concerns.
In your one-on-one session, we will discuss, among other things, what meditation is (and isn't), how it's done, what we are trying to accomplish, what you'd like to achieve with your practice, and what expectations we should and shouldn't bring to meditation.
Whether you decide to join our free Zoom classes or schedule private lessons, this is also a great opportunity for you and I to get a little more acquainted, for me to understand what brings you to meditation, and for you to ask questions and meet your teacher.
